No doubt we are in unprecedented, tumultuous times. How can we, as lightworkers, show up in a way for humanity without compromising our own energy and losing our focus?

There is a way that we can fulfill our purpose, serve humanity, prosper, and even enjoy this experience. We are in the process of ascension and it’s going to take a while longer to get through this. Humanity will have more opportunities to transmute lower density energy. All of these occurrences are happening to trigger deep-seated emotions and beliefs. Each incident that requests an emotional response gives humanity a chance to rise up and wake up to our true selves.

It’s easy to get dragged down, sucked in, and depleted when we are assisting others. We tend to give too much. Then we are wiped out for days, needing to spend valuable time replenishing our energetic body while we could be spending more time enjoying life.

What if there was a way to have compassion for others without feeling depleted ourselves?

Compassion isn’t about feeling other people’s emotions and transmuting it for them. It’s not even about holding the space for them. It is not our job to feel other people’s emotional turmoil. That is their responsibility. It’s possible to have compassion by listening, sharing wisdom, and allowing them to experience their own emotions.

Practicing self-love is creating energetic boundaries so you don’t have to feel or process other’s emotions. Don’t you have enough of your own to work through?

We can show others how to have inner peace no matter what is going on around us. We can now shift from being a Lightworker to being a Wayshower

When we bring our energetic frequency to meet other people’s pain, hurt, and anger, we tend to get sucked into that emotional turmoil. However, when we clear our own energy and hold a higher frequency of love, acceptance, joy, and compassion we become a wayshower for that energy. We become an inspiration for others. We show them how to become responsible for their emotions, and as a result, they become more empowered.

Practicing self-love is absolutely essential right now. This is the moment we have been waiting for. We came here to assist humanity in its ascension process. This means we raise them up by showing them how to navigate through the turmoil. Many of us have had multiple traumatic experiences that we have worked through. We have been in the trenches; we have felt our emotions. We’ve already been there, and we don’t need to go back there again. Of course, when our own emotions come up, we feel them.

It’s time for us to experience the results of our own hard work. We can show others how to have inner peace no matter what is going on around us. We can now shift from being a Lightworker to being a Wayshower.
